My background is primarily in creative nonfiction, but my publications span a wide range of genres, including short fiction, environmental journalism, and book reviews. I am currently open to assignments. Please contact me here to work together.
Editing.
I was the senior editor of Camas, a small but mighty literary magazine, and an assistant editor of The Backcountry Journal, a quarterly focusing on conservation, hunting, and angling. Additionally, I’ve worked with individuals on personal projects, like medical school application essays. I absolutely love the workshop process—it thrills me to dig through the dirt to find the bones of a story. Let’s work together!
